Fifth Annual Big Blue Christmas Set To Bring Lubbock Community Together

LCU’s fifth annual Big Blue Christmas is Tuesday November 28th. Families of the Lubbock community are invited to join LCU students, alumni, faculty, and staff for an evening packed with events beginning at 5:00 on the 28th.

Approximately 800 – 1,000 people attended last year and the event continues to grow each year. Parents and children have the opportunity to participate in cookie decorating, crafts, and games with their favorite Mickey Mouse characters in the Baker Conference Center. Then they can move to the SUB to meet the characters and get their photo taken with them. Finally there will be a campfire in the Mall Area where popcorn, frito pie, hot chocolate and apple cider will be served and families can enjoy musical performances by LCU students. The activities are no cost to all attending.

Big Blue Christmas is a heart-warming event, fun for all ages. This annual tradition for the LCU and Lubbock community is always a big hit and we hope you will make plans to join us this year.
